Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) 

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. 

To exercise this right: 

  1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item

  2. Return the item within 14 days after notifying us. 

    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.  

    2. Eligibility for Returns 

    To be eligible for a return: 

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    • The item must be in the original packaging where possible. 

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided. 

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.  

    3. Non-Returnable Items 

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: 

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.) 

    • Personal care items or hygiene products once opened 

    • Custom or personalised products 

    • Digital downloads or software once accessed  

    4. Faulty or Damaged Goods 

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide: 

    • Your order number 

    • Photos of the issue 

    We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  

    5. Return Shipping Costs 

    • If you are returning an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. 

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.  

    6. Refunds 

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item: 

    • We will notify you that we have received your return. 

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

    Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.  

    7. Exchanges 

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
