1. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. 

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress. 

5. Delivery Delays 

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues. 

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for redelivery costs.
